Next, enjoy Dartmoor National Park on a scenic drive across the mysterious moors. You can also opt to join a traditional pub dinner in a Devonshire village. Tintagel
Leave Paignton behind and journey north through the scenic Devon and Cornish countryside. Make a stop in Port Isaac, a fishing village made famous by the TV series Doc Martin, with time to explore its narrow streets and harbor. Then continue to the village of Tintagel—steeped in legend as the birthplace of King Arthur. You’ll have time to explore the town and spot Tintagel Castle in the distance, perched dramatically on the clifftops above the Atlantic. Later, visit Lynmouth, the walking capital of Exmoor, where you’ll have an orientation and time to explore. Continue the drive through Exmoor National Park, taking in dramatic moors, valleys and sea cliffs before joining your travel companions for dinner this evening.
